We have a 48 hour cancellation policy. Cancellations must be made by email ONLY by 2pm two days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
Original passport or DNI (as applicable according to Spanish law) is required on arrival!
Check in: 14:00. Departure: 11:00
Special conditions apply for bookings during the Easter and Feria de Abril periods.
Guests under the age of 18 travelling alone (with parental permission) or guests with children under the age of 10 must book a private room.
Important: we do not accept online reservations for groups of more than 10 people. You must send your request to our email address.
If you are booking for a group of people (up to 9 people), we cannot guarantee that everyone will be in the same room. Please send us an email at least three days before arrival asking to be placed in the same room and we will do our best.
Non-refundable
The guest will be charged the full amount of the booking at any time. The cancellation fee will be the full amount of the booking.
